Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify if we particpate with your insurance. If we do not participate with your plan, we will bill your insurance company on your behalf and make all arrangements necessary to get the dental treatment you require.
We also accept cash, checks, credit cards and payments made through CareCredit® to pay for anything out of pocket. If you are a cash-paying patient and do not have insurance, we may offer 15% off your treatment.
